Andrew Kosiski visits Knoxville for Knoxville Nationals

With 48 Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series (LOLMDS) entries on the grounds for the $7,000-to-win preliminary feature, Andrew recorded a fifth-place finish in his heat, dropping him into the B-Main. Needing to place fourth or better to make the prelim, Kosiski fell short with an eighth-place outing.
After sitting out Friday’s program, Kosiski was back in action for Sunday’s rain-delayed finale where he was pulling double duty. Starting near the tail of his B-Main for one last shot into the $50,000-to-win Knoxville Nationals A-Main, Andrew posted a seventh-place finish, ending his night.
In a field of 23 Malvern Bank Series entries for the Bob Maschmann Memorial Invitational, Andrew locked into the 17th-starting position for the A-Main via his qualifying effort. With $4,000 on the line, Kosiski gained one spot in the 22-lapper to finish 16th.
